Normally the boring bits cause the biggest headaches. The hosting solution. The regular back-ups. The data collection and analysis. The live feeds from specialist third parties, the management of 7 different suppliers... let's face it, online delivery has its burdensome side.
We're here to help out. Sometimes we're asked to spec, source, then manage a wholly new server solution that's bomb proof. Other times we're required to check customer feedback forms. On occasion we've been asked to fly off to our clients' international associates and bring them up to speed on new developments, integrate with their online systems on their behalf, help 'sell the concept' and so on. More modestly we can be found running seminars for clients who want to educate their entire departments but don't have the resource to do so themselves.
This is all a part of what we do. We recognise we're more likely to be indispensable to our clients if we can relieve them of the ongoing management and administrative pain that online development often entails. So full service is what we say and full service is what we deliver.
