ISO 9001 - Our second Kitemark

We've been saying 'excellence matters, really matters' for years, and our clients put that mantra to the test every day. Still, we thought we should really get the official badge as well, so we asked the British Standards Institute to audit us against the globally recognised ISO 9001 quality standard. We're pleased and proud to report that we passed certification at first attempt, so on top of ISO 27001 that now gives us two 'Kitemarks'. Of course, 'process' is not the goal, and it's not what drives us to work in the mornings, but it's reassuring for everyone to know that supporting our design & build and project management activity is a rock solid set of systems and working practices that keep things smooth, efficient, safe and secure.
